We are pleased to announce the creation of the Expert Panel of Contracting Authorities and the Expert Panel of Contractors, two consultative and advisory bodies designed to bolster the operations of our Association by involving representatives from contracting authorities and contractors and tapping into their rich experience and observations accumulated in the practical application of the Public Procurement Law. The Panels will provide platforms for exchanges of ideas and create opportunities for the implementation of joint projects instrumental in the pursuit of the Association’s statutory objectives.

Membership of the Expert Panel of Contracting Authorities and the Expert Panel of Contractors is open to any natural person over 30 years of age, holding a higher education degree, with full capacity to perform acts in law, enjoying the full range of public rights, boasting in-depth and extensive knowledge, both theoretical and practical, of public procurement issues, who is not a member of our Association but who is eager to support the Association in the achievement of its goals, and who is active in providing legal assistance or advisory within the scope of public procurement law, either for the benefit of contracting authorities or contractors, or internally within one such organization.

Participation in the proceedings of the Expert Panels is free of charge.
