On 13 March 2019, the Public Procurement Law Association sent the Ministry of Justice comments on the amendments to art. 305 of the Criminal Code set out in draft amendments to the Criminal Code and certain other acts. The Public Procurement Law Association also sent the Ministry of Enterprise and Technology and the Public Procurement Office two working documents in connection with the work underway on the new Public Procurement Law as regards compensation in public procurement and conciliation procedures.
